How it Works

 

Design –  We offer a free estimate and design consultation. We will be happy to  discuss your ideas and can provide additional ideas as well. We will  give you an EXACT price of what it will cost to decorate your home or  commercial property.


Installation – With years of experience we can handle any size commercial or residential job. We use commercial  grade materials that will ensure a SAFE and reliable display. 


Maintenance – We provide you with continued  maintenance throughout the season. If you should discover that lights have burnt out or are not working properly, give us a call. We’ll  happily come out to replace lights or make adjustments. Maintenance service is included with each program at no additional charge.  Should you have any service issues, our staff will be attentive and responsive to the problem that you may have and make every effort to  remedy the problem in a timely manner.  We realize that the Holiday  Season is short and that “time is of the essence” when it comes to  replacing burnt out or malfunctioning lights. 


Take down – Just because the holiday season comes to  an end, doesn’t mean our service does! We will come and take down the  lights at the start of the New Year.


 We will be happy to provide you with a w-9 as well as any insurance certificates that you may require. 


We do not offer monetary refunds after installations are complete. We will do everything in our power to make sure our clients are happy.
